As l heal myself and my patients l realise that l have actually been sick my whole life having had my tonsils removed when l was 5,so regaining health can take time detoxification is part of this journey,detoxification begins with,
  • Improving your diet getting rid of all those bad habits what helped me in this area was seperating myself from my body then learning to communicate with my body as if it is a seperate entity then being willing to listen to the answers you recieve,My goal is to experience life in a body that is 100% healthy and fit enough to easily do my days work and the sport l like to play(horse riding),so with the goal in mind l began talking too my body What would it take for you to regain your health 100%? and so the journey of healing began it didn't want any alcohol,sugar,processed food it likes very little carbohydrate,off coffee,chocolate etc l also stopped drinking tap water and haven't now for 15 years l drink filtered plus alkaline water only.
  • The next step was clearing the toxines in my body that had been recking havoc for years parasites,candida,allergies etc as l rid my body of these then l began taking a range of anti oxidants,minerals,oils,herbs and vitamins to bring my body back to health this process still goes on today.'
  • Exercise also promotes detoxification so l regularly exercise slowly getting myself fitter.
  • For most of us 100% health is possible settle for nothing less but it will take some persistance
